The purpose of this blog is to help local Farm Bureau members identify benefits and better utilize their Smart Phone as a business tool. To date, the Smart Phone is a great tech toy, but has the potential to be a powerful and indispensible instrument to make us more efficient and productive.
What we see today, in all honesty, is that there are not very many farm apps or programs adapted for our use in agriculture. It is our goal to start identifying these resources that are specifically ag related and provide a clearinghouse for you to retrieve them.
This blog is a work in progress. We need your input on how you are using your Smart Phone in your farming or livestock business. Whether it may be a phone app, a spreadsheet application that you use to enter records, or simply a web address that you have found useful.
